This site, theidealizepr.com, is run by The Idealize L.L.C. ("The Idealize", "we"), a design and software studio in San Juan, Puerto Rico. "You" means anyone using the site.

We publish prices on the Websites, Software and Courses pages so you can judge fit before you call. For client work they are starting points and ranges, not offers. Your price is the fixed quote you approve in writing before work starts.
Each pricing page says when its numbers were last checked. If one has changed since, we quote the lower of the two. What a price leaves out (domains, third-party subscriptions, payment fees and the like) is listed on each page under "What's not in the number", and we estimate those costs before you commit.
Websites, software, design work and monthly plans are governed by the proposal, quote or contract we both sign for that job. It sets the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, ownership, and how either side can end the work. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Refunds and cancellations for client work follow that signed agreement. Monthly plans run month to month, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee, as each pricing page says.
Courses are sold at the price shown on the Courses page, plus applicable tax. Card payments run through Stripe. The workbook and documents arrive by email when your payment clears, and each course includes the working session with the founder described on its page.
Refunds: if a course isn't what its page promised, tell us within seven days of delivery and we refund the payment in full. You keep the documents either way. Write to theidealizeagency@gmail.com from the address you bought with.
The templates are yours to use under your own name, with your own clients. Please don't resell or republish the course materials themselves.
The site's text, design, code, film and photography, and The Idealize name and mark, belong to The Idealize or are used under license. Client names, logos and project images on the Work page belong to those clients. Fonts and open-source code on the site are used under their own licenses.
We link to services we use, such as Calendly, Stripe, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, and to client sites. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you're there.
We work to keep this site accurate and online, but it's provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
When these terms change, we update the date at the top of the page. The version shown here is the one that applies.
