The same work, taught instead of billed.

The work itself, instead of us doing it for you: self-paced workbooks, every script and document included, and the founder answering when you get stuck. Three courses. Each one says out loud who shouldn't buy it.

Why this exists

Why we'd teach what we sell

Some people read the pricing page to the end and leave without booking. The numbers didn't scare them off. They were never going to hire anyone in the first place. They wanted to build it themselves. This site used to have nothing to sell that person.

These courses are expensive because they're made of the same hours the client work is made of, sold once instead of billed forever. What they don't cost is another quote every time you need the skill again.

So the courses sell what the studio also sells, to the people who were never going to buy the studio. Whoever wants the monthly work off their own plate has our monthly plans. Whoever wants it in their own hands now has this page.

Three courses, one person behind them

All three are self-paced workbooks that run on your actual business. Every script, checklist and document included, nothing held back for an upsell. When you get stuck, the founder answers, in English or Spanish, whichever you think in. Each course includes one working session with the founder, placed where it earns the most. The syllabus says where. The full syllabus for each is further down the page.

The Owner's Course

$700paid once

Run your own online presence instead of paying anyone to: the Google listing, the site edits, the reviews and the monthly upkeep behind it, done on your own business, module by module.

Right for you if: you have more evenings than budget, and you'd rather own the skill than rent ours.

Wrong for you if: you won't do it every month. An honest monthly plan beats an abandoned $700 course.

The Client Site Method

$1,500paid once

Everything between “I can build pages” and “people pay me for it,” taught from the system this studio runs. Our working documents included.

Right for you if: you can already make a decent page and can't make a living from it yet. The gap is rarely the code. Most of this course is everything around the code.

Wrong for you if: you've never built a page at all. The course covers the business around a skill you already have; the pages themselves, the internet already teaches free.

The AI Studio

$2,000paid once

How one person runs a studio that behaves like a team, using the same AI workforce this studio runs on. You assemble yours during the course.

Right for you if: you already have clients, and the ceiling on your income is your hours.

Wrong for you if: you're hoping AI removes the need to know the craft. It multiplies the judgment you bring, and if you bring none, it multiplies that.

These are the prices. No one gets a different number on the call, and there's no tier above the page waiting for whoever seems willing.

Course 01

The Owner's Course

$700paid once

Six modules · Done on your actual business · Printed monthly checklist · One working session with the founder

Our monthly plans exist because most owners would rather text somebody than log in and find the button. This course is for the other kind: the owner who resents paying for anything they could learn on a Tuesday night.

Six modules, each one done on your actual listing, your actual site, your actual phone. If they work, the monthly plan we would otherwise sell you becomes unnecessary. That's the point of them.

  1. Your Google listing, handled. Hours, photos, posts, and the categories that quietly decide which searches you appear in.
  2. Editing the site you have. Hours, a price, a menu item, without breaking anything. Works whether we built your site or your nephew did.
  3. Reviews. Asking for them without begging, and answering the bad one without making it worse.
  4. WhatsApp Business. The catalog, quick replies, and the away message that answers people while you're closed.
  5. Photos from a phone. The difference between a photo that sells and a photo that apologizes, shot on what's already in your pocket.
  6. The monthly half hour. A printed checklist: what to touch, in what order, twelve times a year.

You leave with your listing fixed, not theorised about, because every module happens inside your accounts, on whatever your business needs touched that week.

The included session: one 30-minute working call with the founder, yours to book at any module. Most owners save it for module six and run the first monthly half hour together. Same calendar as the audit.

Worth being exact about what this is. This course teaches the upkeep of a small business's own online presence: the listing, the reviews, the site edits, the photos. That's a different job from the monthly plans on our pricing page, which keep custom software patched and running. What no course removes is hosting, SSL, backups and security updates. Those still have to happen, by us or by whoever ends up hosting you. Do the half hour every month and the course pays for itself inside the first year. If you suspect you won't, hiring it out is the better purchase, and we'll say so on the call.

Course 02

The Client Site Method

$1,500paid once

Eight modules · Four working documents · Pitch-review call with the founder · First pitch sent by the end

A finished website is maybe a third of the job of selling one. This course is the other two thirds, the part between “I can build pages” and “people pay me for it”: who to approach, what to say on the call, what to charge, what to put in writing, and what to hand over so no one phones you at 11pm.

It's the system this studio runs, taught in order, with nothing renamed to sound like a framework.

  1. The list. Where the businesses worth calling are already listed, how to score them on capacity to pay, and a first list of fifty you'd phone.
  2. The audit call. The thirty minutes that end with a plan the owner keeps either way, and why giving it away is the sales strategy.
  3. The number. Fixed quotes, the floor that doesn't slide when pushed, and how to say no to the discount without losing the room.
  4. The build. Our build system: phone-first, fast on island cellular, launched properly, handed over as code the client owns.
  5. Written twice. Both languages from scratch, never through a translator, and why that's a selling point you can charge for.
  6. Launch week. Domains, DNS, the Google listing wired to the site, and everything that traditionally breaks on a Friday.
  7. The second sale. Monthly plans: why the recurring relationship is the business, and how to scope one that doesn't quietly become unpaid employment.
  8. The paperwork. The audit sheet, the proposal, the quote and the care agreement we use ourselves. Yours, editable, to send with your name on them.

You leave with your first pitch sent to a real business, with a real number in it. Module eight isn't finished until it's out. If you end this course with nothing in anyone's inbox, we did it wrong.

The included session: a 30-minute pitch review with the founder, booked when you reach module eight. Your quote and your message get tightened live, and then it goes out.

Plainly: this course costs less than a single client build from us, and teaching the system once costs us less than running it for every client every time. Both are arithmetic, and both survive you checking them.

Course 03

The AI Studio

$2,000paid once

Eight modules · Built on your own studio · Three templates · Assembly review with the founder

The problem with a one-person studio is arithmetic. Every deliverable is an evening, and there are only so many evenings. Ours stopped working that way when the studio got an org chart: agents with real jobs, and an editor whose whole job is rejecting what isn't good enough. Work gets produced on a schedule and queued for a human yes. That leaves one person doing the two things that never delegate, judgment and the client's trust.

This course is that system, transplanted. You assemble the working structure for your own studio as you go, and you leave with it running.

  1. The org chart for one. Which roles exist, what reports to what, and why the reviewer never writes what it reviews.
  2. Agents with jobs. Role files, standards documents, and the difference between a prompt and an employee.
  3. The gate that says no. Editorial standards a machine can enforce, and why quality survives volume only when rejection is somebody's whole job.
  4. The content machine. Daily output, posts and briefs and drafts, produced overnight and approved by you over coffee.
  5. Scheduled work. The weekly rhythm: what runs Monday, what runs Friday, what runs while you sleep, and what waits in a queue for your yes.
  6. What stays human. The calls, the taste, the pricing, and the apology when something ships wrong anyway.
  7. The bill. What the robot payroll actually costs per month, and how to keep it under a number you'd say out loud.
  8. Assembly. The last module is just building yours, role by role, until one pipeline runs end to end.

You leave with your own system producing work, approvals queued under your name, at a robot payroll you capped in module seven.

The included session: a 45-minute assembly review with the founder at module eight. You go through module eight's checklist together, and whatever refuses to check gets fixed on the call.

Who it's really for: freelancers and small studios that already have clients. If you don't have clients yet, take the Method course first. An AI workforce multiplying zero is still zero, and we'd rather tell you that here than after you've paid $2,000 to find out.

The part course pages don't say

  • No income promises. Nothing here comes with a number attached to your future revenue. No one can attach that number, and course pages that do are quoting a figure they made up. What we promise is the material, complete, done on your actual work.
  • You'd be early. These workbooks are version one, and every buyer's question that exposes a gap improves them. When a workbook gets better, the new version lands in your inbox at no charge. Being early costs you polish. It never costs you money.
  • One person answers. Every question lands with the person who built the system and runs it daily: never a support inbox, never a bot. That's the product, and the constraint: the answer comes within a business day, not within the hour.
  • Module one is the exit. If the course isn't what this page promised, say so within seven days of delivery and the invoice comes back. After that you're in; you're holding all the documents either way.
  • No community, no portal. There's no Slack group, no login, no badge, no drip schedule. A workbook, working documents, one working session, and a person who answers. If a community is what you're buying, buy one. What we sell is the work.
  • A course transfers skill, not appetite. If the honest problem is that you don't want to do this kind of work, no course fixes that, including these.

The things you're thinking right now

¿Por qué tan caro?

Because it's the same hours the client work is made of, sold once instead of billed monthly. And “caro” depends on what you hold it next to: the Method course costs less than a single build from us, and you keep what it teaches for every project after.

Can't I learn all this free on YouTube?

Every individual piece, yes, and we'd never pretend otherwise. What you're paying for is the order that works, the tools not to buy, and a person who knows your name when you get stuck. YouTube sells the parts. This is the assembled version.

¿Esto es en vivo o grabado?

Neither. It's written, on purpose. A workbook you can search, reread, and do at 11pm beats a video you'll never scrub through twice. The parts that need a person have one: your questions get answered by the founder, and each course includes one live working session at the moment it counts.

Why teach people to compete with you?

Because Puerto Rico has thousands of businesses no one has built anything for, and one studio was never getting to all of them. Someone trained to our floor raises the average, and a higher average is good for everyone charging real prices, including us.

Can you do it for less?

No, for the same reason the services page says no. A price that slides when pushed was never real. What we will do on the call, free, is tell you if the $700 course covers what you need. It often does.
