Websites start at $900 for a bilingual 1–3 page build, $2,000 for 4–8 pages, and $4,000 for a store or booking system. Those are one-time prices. After launch, keeping the site hosted, updated and current runs $100 to $300 a month, month to month, so it stops when you say so. Social, SEO and apps are quoted per project.
