Nobody decides to let a website go stale. It happens in the six weeks after launch, while you’re working. Your hours change for the holidays and nobody changes them on the page. A price goes up. The software underneath needs updating whether or not anybody’s looking at it.
Care is that, handled. We host the site, and that sits inside every tier: no separate bill, nobody emailing you about a renewal you don’t understand. When something breaks, the person who answers is the person who built the site.
Month to month. No twelve-month minimum and no cancellation fee. If a month goes by where we didn’t earn it, you leave at the end of it.
Leaving doesn’t cost you the work you already paid for. The build is one payment, that payment buys the code, and we hand it over once everything’s been signed, usually inside 24 to 48 hours. Drop Care later and the code is already in your hands. There’s nothing to ask us for.
Care Essential
$100/month
Hosting, SSL, backups, security and plugin updates, uptime monitoring. Anything that breaks gets fixed.
Right for you if: your site is a few pages that don’t change, and you want it still there and still fast in two years.
Wrong for you if: you’ll want your hours or your menu edited. No content changes at this tier — that’s the next one.
Care Standard
$175/month
Everything above, plus up to four content changes a month: hours, a price, a menu item, a photo, a staff member who left. Back to you inside 48 hours. Quarterly speed and broken-link check.
Right for you if: your business changes a few times a month and you’d rather text somebody than log in and find the button.
Wrong for you if: nothing on your site has moved since it launched. Essential covers you for $75 less.
Care Plus
$300/month
Everything above, plus up to ten changes a month, or one new page a quarter. English and Spanish kept in sync. A one-page monthly report: uptime, traffic, and the forms and bookings that came in.
Right for you if: you run promotions or seasons, the menu moves, and you want last month in sentences instead of a dashboard.
Wrong for you if: ten changes a month is more than you’d ever use. It usually is. Take Standard.
Not in any Care tier: posts written or published · replies to DMs and comments · SEO work · ads · redesigns · new features or integrations · app work. Each of those is its own product, and being specific about it is what keeps this price real instead of a number that quietly turns into a smaller service.
Social, SEO and apps are quoted per project
We do all three and none of them gets a number on this page. The scope moves too much for one figure to be true: four posts a month or twelve, one language or two, shooting the photos or working with what you have. Apps are the same conversation with different parts.
We’d rather say that than publish a “desde” we’d walk back on the call. And we won’t quote it cheap to win the work: priced under what a week of production actually costs, it gets delivered thin, and you’d find out in month three. Bring us what you’re picturing and you’ll have a fixed number before anything starts.
One managed engagement at a time. Social or SEO, one client, until that one has run two full months with its report delivered on time. When it’s taken, this page says so and gives you the next opening.
